My father's company deals in agricultural equipment — water pumping motors, pesticide sprayers, PVC pipes — with brands and dealerships including Jain Irrigation, L&T, and others. I joined as accountant and right-hand in September 2022: books on Tally Prime, inventory tracked, 10+ brand targets hit. That year we did ₹25 crore in total revenue, with ₹15 crore from PVC pipes alone — making us #1 Jain PVC seller in all of Maharashtra. This is where I learned that business is not theory. It's decisions, every single day.

What I Bring on Day One

I'm not a candidate who needs to be developed from scratch. I've managed $2.3M+ in combined annual revenue, led a team of 14, turned around a store's customer satisfaction rating, and run a self-built client practice on the side — all while maintaining Dean's Honour List standing. I'm looking for a role in business analysis, operations strategy, or management consulting where I can apply that real-world depth from day one.

Where I'm Headed

I want to grow into a leadership role at a company that takes operations and technology seriously. Long term, I intend to build my own venture — but right now I want to be in a room where decisions are being made, problems are being solved, and standards are high. That's the environment I grow fastest in.
